RCCCL

I read my logs and the faq, and as I've said, I tried downloading it manually, but the download keeps failing. When trying to download it manually, I get this: C:\Users\RCCCL\Downloads\scala-library.jar.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read. Try again later, or contact the server administrator. Am I missing or not understanding something?

Just recently updated Minecraft and Forge along with my mods. While trying to start it up FML setup kkeps running into a problem downloading scala library. I've tried downloading it directly, and have redownloaded minecraft and forge a number of times. Log follows
