  8. I keep getting the following error when I try to start up minecraft. The game crashed whilst rendering overlay Error: net.minecraftforge.fml.ModLoadingException: ConnectedTexturesMod (ctm) encountered an error during the done event phase This happens after the game goes into full screen but before the main menu can load.
