exit code 1 (duplicate mods on fresh modpack)

just made a modpack for my friends, hasn't been run yet. i tried to open it so i could do configs and i got exit code 1 error with crash before it opens. log says duplicate mods but i don't see any dupe mods. am i missing something? https://pastebin.com/ybSpbmji
