So if i run the multiMC launcher with BlockFront installed, can i run other forge mods with it?

Can i somehow lauch it on Forge?

When i tried downloading blockfront 1.20.1 on Forge, it downloads a zip file with manifest in it. Put it into my mods folder, didnt work, tried extracting and putting it in that way, didnt work, so i took the manifest and put it into my mods folder, didnt work. Any Fixes Perchance?
