  1. Its all figured out, I was using the device ip rather than the router's
  2. I am currently using an ubuntu server machine to run a modded minecraft server (1.20.1). After finally managing to get everything started and running properly. No one can connect to the server from other networks. I've gone through the whole port-forwarding (virtual server on my router) thing, and set it up. I've tested the server using my mobile data and had someone else try to connect. But every time it says connection timed out: No further information. Does anyone know a way to fix this.
