mineydwarfform

so i was pumped to try 1.6 out and put my usual mods in so i first put biomes o plenty mod in and it didn't come up, so i double checked that i wasn't going mad and sure enough i had put it in the mods folder (IE appdata/roaming/.minecraft/mods) it just didn't come up help please? By didn't come up i mean it just said 3 mods loaded when i start minecraft up which is default i think.
