    Install Problems- Mac Lion Minecraft 1.6.1

    Hello Minecraft Forge community. So, I have just a little problem with the latest version of Forge. So, I got Forge today to install it on Minecraft 1.6.1, and found it was a .jar file. So, I go to launch it,and oddly, it didn't run. I tried to open it with "The Unarchiver", to see if it was not meant to be an executable, but I guess it is, as there were only a few files there. So, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions to fix this problem, or if there is an alternative .zip fie. Also, I am running jre-7u25. Thank you, and hopefully I will be able to find a solution to this problem with help from the community
