Hi, I am running a server on exaroton.com and the TPS is bouncing pretty low at around 12 and 13. Is there any mods that I could add or subtract that would fix this? The server and mobs just are super slow and laggy along with eating and breaking blocks. Here is the log of starting the server for the first and only time since it is new. https://mclo.gs/GyQjDR8

I was wondering if anyone could help with my issue. I combed the internet and reddit usually has the answers but not this time so have come here. I have 150 mods in this mod pack I created and the actual game loads up completely fine, but when i go to make a single player world it says "preparing for world creation" then buffers on that for a couple seconds and then says "saving world" and I crash.
