I'm having the same issue but literally nobody is doing anything about it and I haven't seen any fixes besides "update your drivers" or "update java" which hasn't worked at all. One of the more unique fixes I've seen was remove create but it still does it even without create. It really just seems like Forge is broken right now. If I could help you I would.
