1.6.2 "Unable to launch" Error when running latest forge

I have the same issue with exactly the same error message. See my client log here: This was on a completely fresh install of Minecraft, with a completely fresh install of Forge via the installer. Update: I tried it again, not with the latest Forge 9.10.0.790 but with the previous one 9.10.0.789, and this one works. So .790 is broken, but .789 seems to work fine.
