[1.6.2] Optifine is not recognized in mods folder

It says to go get magic launcher and then follow said steps. Did and FML still does not recognize it. -
FML does not recognize optifine in the mods folder, but it does other (Rei's Mini Map). Tryed installing to 1.6.2-Forge9.10.0.789.jar but then minecraft doesnt even startup. What can i do to fix this?
