thank you that its sorted, now al i gotta do is find the correct mod updates, there seem to be a lot of fake 1.6.2 links out there atm

i thought i downloaded forge for 1.6.2, or at least tht was link i clicked

noob here, so does tht mean i cant run forge in 1.6.2 as well? because im getting the same response and when it does run its just normal 1.6.2... and no option for loadin mods
