    So, I was told to download the Forge Installer for Minecraft 1.6.2. So I clicked on the latest Installer link, but it seems as though every time I download it, it downloads as a WINRAR Archive instead of an Executable Jar File like what I see in the tutorials. When I click on the downloaded file, instead of asking where to install it, it opens the file. Please help!!!!!
