I tried the thing and when I run the command it brings this up : Error: Unable to access jarfile minecraftforge-installer-1.6.2-9.10.0.804

When I typed in the Java Version I got this error : Error: Could not find or load main class version when that happened I installed java again still didn't work can you please explain to me fully on how to work it and also thank you for trying to help me with this error

Still not working and I ran it under the admin account along with the user account is there a special way to use it???

The forge mod installer is not working for me for some reason I dont know why but can you please fix it when ever I right click it and run it with Java it doesn't do anything I had my task manager open when I ran the installer and I cant do it universal because it wont let me drag the files into the bin so please help or post a new installer please I just want forge

Whenever I download it(I watched the tutorial videos complete) and it crashed I cleared my minecraft on a different 1 still nothing when I downloaded a brand new minecraft I tried to install the installer and when I load it with java it does not open???And then now when I run it it brings up a new error something like this : Fatal error launching game.
