I had this issue but was able to fix it. After successfully running the install.cmd pictured here: and then opened eclipse to find this wonderful mess! To solve this, I opened up the properties of my project Navigated to the "Java build path" tab, and the Order and Format tab, and checked all of the boxes you see here. If you aren't at this point, let me know I can I can get you there.
