I downloaded the file, it did instal, but when i start Minecraft, it crashes . It says they dont know to reason.

Okay, so i downloaded the newest installer for MCForge, i started it and chose: "Instal Client", it starts than after 5 seconds it says: "These libraries failed to download. Try Again. org.scala-lang-library:2.10.2, org.scala-lang-library:2.10.2 I tried to restart my computer, redownloading Forge, trying some other versions, deleting .minecraft file and downloading it again, it still doesnt work.
