I have tried to install it manually, but it never shows up. I can't get the installer to run. There is no error or anything. A black console window appears and then disappears. I am running Windows 7 Professional, Minecraft 1.6.4, and tried the latest Forge. Incidentally, I can't get any mods to work on my Minecraft. Again, no errors. It acts just as if no mod was installed.
