Cool Beans again I feel dumb for not thinking about that earlier

I really like NEI and CraftGuide, excellent item lists.. but is there any website or anything that explains what all of those items are, and how to use them? Forgecraft adds TONS of new things, 75% of which I have no idea what to do with or what they even do.

I see a ton of new mods, but none of them show a Crafting lists for their new stuff. Take Steve's Carts, which adds 25 new carts to your game. WHAT are the 25 carts, and HOW do I build them? Is there something I'm missing, am I supposed to guess and figure it out myself? I use Steve's Carts simply as an example, but this applies to most mods. IC2 has a nice list of all the machines you can build, vanilla minecraft has lists, where are all the others?
