Fixed and installed, thank you very much. Sorry for not understanding much of it the first time around.

Okay, cleaned out my .minecraft folder. And this is the result of trying to run the installer from the command line: I downloaded the installer from this link.

org.scala-lang:scala-library:2.10.2, org.scala-lang:scala-compiler:2.10.2 That's the error I keep getting whenever I try installing Forge, and before you ask, there is no log. I can't find where the log is supposed to be in my .minecraft folder. Aside from all of that, I also tried manually installing the libraries(like it said in the EAQ) but it didn't fix anything.
