Oh my gosh lol, If only I'd known that earlier thanks for solving my issue -
I am getting this error with the forge server, I have gotten it on both forge version 9.11.1.916 (Recommended) and forge version 9.11.1.933 (Latest). The error log is in the spoiler below: Any help with this would be appreciated.
