okay it is read-only. but every time i uncheck the read only button and apply it does not work and it resets itself to read only again! hate my computer. EDIT: did some reasearch. the file and folder are NOT read only. checking antivirus but not exactly ure what to do when i get there.

this is my computer. i'm running windows 8. but i dont understand what you mean by checking my access. i am the admin.

EDIT: so i need to know whats blocking it and why? i used to be able to run servers.. is it because i updated java?
