nevermind, fixed it, downloaded the new released forge and the mods, and it works fine now

so, I tried killing the process, didn't work; deleted session.lock, didn't work, but when i tried to save the server the cmd responded with : "saving... saving dailed: The save is being accessed froma nother locations, aborting." is this the problem?

I need help, im kind of new with forge, im using forge on my minecraft 1.6.4 and using forge universal on my server, i installed the galacticraft mod on my server, it loads fine and the server works great, but after type "stop" on the console to stop my server, and re-open my server it spawns me in another location in a different world, so how do i fix this plz.
