    So I downloaded the profiler and found out it was a perm gen problem and someone on a different forum said to "Try adding "-XX:MaxPermSize=256m" to your startup script " and so far so good. Thank you for pointing me to the program loordgek. Hopefully this will be helpful to others.

    So I made a pack to use with me and my friend. I have been having an issue with the server not responding after about 15 minutes. Everything works just fine other than that. I wanted to know if someone could help me locate the mod that is doing this so I can either have it removed or talk to the author about getting it fixed. Any and all time is appreciated. I am pasting links to the 3 server logs and a list of the mods below.
