Are you sure you had internet when you tried it? Well anyway,the download failed. What anti-virus do you use? Check your firewall. Also,try again and check your internet to make sure it's working. You also should use the new launcher,some mods like nei won't work if you use old versions of minecraft (such as 1.4.7) but it's really cool and it can also fix some errors because it has more features. HOWEVER,the installation of forge is different and it may not work,but if you ran the old launcher,and installed forge in it,you should be able to do it with the new one. BTW NEI is pissing me off because it does not work with 1.4.7 in the new launcher.(only works in 1.6+) Do you know any other solutions? (like craftguide which has search,usage and recipe mode)
