    Forge error help. cant install libraries

    So, I tried to get 1.6.4 reccomended version of forge and it downloaded and i opened it. I hit install client when i open it with java and it loads, but then it gives me an error message say "These libraries failed to download. Try again. org.scala-lang:scala-library:2.10.2, org.scala-lang:scala-compiler:2.10.2" I don't know what to do and it only makes a new folder in my versions section of .minecraft with on the jar file. it doesnt install the other files that should be in .minecraft or the json file that should be in the folder with the jar file. someone help!
