I NEED HELP!!!

i tried using the latest version and it didnt work i then tried the recommended-1.6.4 version and IT WORKED!!!!! i give a thank you anyway

i downloaded forge with the installer, no extra files but when i try to run my profile this happens please please please please please help me

by the way i have 9.11.1.953 recommended build

sorry if i forget one of the rules i just made this account to post this one topic because i need help really badly because there are tons of cool mods out there like ore spiders, the laser mod and special attacks i cant use the installer because of scala.library errors so i tried installing universal but theres one more program to install heres the log; where do i download minecraftforge-9.11.1.953.jar and where do i put it?
