Need a hand about Forge "Done Loading"

I have the same problem. Clean minecraft.jar (v1.3.1) with only MinecraftForge-3.3.8.152-Client trying to be loaded. Locks up on "done loading..." screen. Erased META-INF from the jar and copied entire contents from .zip file to the jar file and tried to run.
