    [1.6.4] Java 6 or 7?

    DeltaGeek posted a topic in Modder Support
    So, I'm ready to actually distribute a mod I've been working on and I see that Minecraft requires Java 6 or 7. Since Java 6 has been End-Of-Lifed, should I just build my binaries using Java 7? or get the last Java 6 release for compatibility?
