    How does this help? Copy/paste minecraft elsewhere and set up each client differently?

    Is there anyway to setup multiple mods folders? I am trying to have pixelmon and glsl setup but having the mods in the same folder is causing issues. I tried using MagicLauncher but it seems to get pissed off every time I try using forge since 1.7 update. Any ideas?
