    Minecraft crashes after installation [1.3.1]

    I installed version 3.4.9.171 On start up it goes to the loading screen it usually skips. this is the error it gives me. I also have modloder and modloader mp installed, did some testing and confirmed that after the installation of forge is the only way I get this error.(The only error.)
