I'm not using avast and i disabled my firewall. Same thing.

I have tried installing with the installer and without, and yes, I have tried backing up and deleting my .minecraft, but this error still happens. I am using the latest build of forge. Apologies if this has been posted before, I have looked through but the only posts I've found are from older versions. Feel free to remove it if it has already been answered. Crash Report
