  1. Ah, I was unaware that Forge actually checked for Mods before the game actually loaded, I thought it only went by what you select in the 'Mods' panel in the Main Menu once it loads a game. I've traditionally kept all my mods in that one folder and only select the ones I need in the menu and haven't had issue in the past. Renamed the mods folder and everything booted right up. As for now, I'll just selectively re-add mods to the mods folder as I need them - I imagine that will alleviate the issue. I appreciate your response in this matter. :-) (Is there a way for a Moderator to flag this issue as *Solved* to allow others to search for it?)
  2. Using the Vanilla launcher - the game exits without an error message nor returns to the launcher after I select the new Forge profile created by the [1.7.2-Forge10.12.0.1024] installer and press 'Play' As a precaution, I deleted my 1.7.2 and Forge folders from my 'versions' directory and also the profiles from the launcher. Re-downloaded 1.7.2 and started a freshly-made un-modded single-player game world using a default 1.7.2 profile. Installed Forge using the [1.7.2-Forge10.12.0.1024] installer, selected the 'client' installation option. Re-opened the freshly made world, using the default 1.7.2 profile, again. Then tried to launch a new game using the newly created Forge profile. I got a loading icon on my mouse, then nothing. No error message, nor a return to the launcher. I have attached (2) fml .log files. There are no corresponding crash .log files Let me know if I have missed anything. fml-client_.log fml-junk_.log
