  1. Thanks. How do I tell the launcher to run 1.7.2 instead? do I need to uninstall minecraft and install the 1.7.2 version? I think I only have 1.7.4
  2. Hi, I am new to minecraft got it a week ago. I tired to instal forge today, and couldnt get it to install. I watched tutorial videos on youtube, and followed along as I watched. but I still couldnt get it to install. the part I am stuck on is that after I manually run minecraft. It will still say I need to run it again no matter how many times i run it before attempting to install forge. any and all help is greatly appreciated. I notice in the rule we are supposed to post these Include the ForgeModLoader logs and any stack trace Minecraft itself outputs on the terminal as well State clearly the order in which you installed any .jar mods and their versions and if you used a patcher/launcher and which one I honestly have no idea what a trace stack or .jar mod is I dont think i used either. I also read in there that there is a version for the new versions of minecraft, but was unable to find said version, or maybe its the one I am trying to install I cant figure out how to tell. thanks
