I right click and pushed select all ?and when i try to open forge now the screen goes black and then it says uhoh, looks like the game has crashed

So post what is in my 'Logs' folder ?

Yes but i dont know what a ForgeModLoader-client/server-0.log is or where to find it

Yes, because the first couple of times i opened it it was fine but now its messed up ?

They are but when i loaded a mapp on forge there a list of mods on the left of the screen but now there not even a list and where it said Mods befor on the home screen now says 'minecraft realms' ?

When i opened Forge for the first couple of times at the bottom under multiplayer it said mods and in the bottom left it told me how many mods load and stuff but now Forge is EXACTLY the same as normal minecraft how can i get it so that i can use mods on it again ?

I downloaded it and clicked it and then it said i must run 1.7.2 Manually atleast once, but 1.7.2 what ? i have minecraft 1.7.5 ?

I have advast and when click skip ad it starts downloading and then in the bottom left corner it says 'This type of file can harm you computer' 'Keep' 'Discard' last time i clicked keep on another download it gave me a virus

i clicked 'Skip ad' and i stated download but my antivirus said that it can harm my computer ?

I Tried to download minecraft forge 1.7.2 Recommend and when i clicked on the link 'Asfl.y' poped up ? so i tried again and again and again but 'Adfl.y' kept coming up i tried every different minecraft forge but 'Adfl.y' just keeps coming up Can someone please help :'(
