I love some old mods but these mods are just for 1.6.4forge loaders. For this reason, i want to port this mod but I can't find tutorial to port mods. Please leave me a link.

Now,almost every minecraft users use forge. If forge add function to apply cape when we use forge, It will be awesome and everyone can use their custom cape! Add some upload place like forge forum to upload their cape and use that cape skin to customize cape. And give an option to turn on/off their cape. Is it possible? I think it is just a moral issues.
