You installed NEI incorrectly. It and CodeChickenCore are coremods and, as such, go into the "coremods" folder, not the "mods" folder.

You have an old version of NEI in your coremods folder (along with the CodeChickenCore src jar, which isn't a mod and shouldn't be there). Delete both of these things and it should work fine.

You're running old versions of the ChickenBones mods in your coremods folder.

You're running a MC 1.5 mod on MC 1.5.1

None of those mods are updated for 1.5 except ChocoCraft, and even then you don't have the right version

You have a copy of it in the minecraft.jar itself You'll have to force update and re-install Forge

You're trying to run MC 1.4.7 mods on MC 1.5

According to Divine RPG's forum thread, it's still for 1.4.7, not 1.5

Divine RPG hasn't updated 1.5 yet, remove it or roll back to 1.4.7

Make sure the coremods you are loading are for 1.5.
