    Forge server mods?

    Hello. First of all, I'm new to this forum&forge mod stuff, so I'm really sorry if I posted this on the wrong section on the forum. I have found a really nice modpack (http://popularmmos.com/totalinsanity/) and me and my friends would like to play it on a server, created by one of us. So I installed forge mod server, but can't seem to be able to install it for some reason. (I'm extremly noob in minecraft modding thingys, so that's why.) I can't find a way to get it working, I was searching hours without any success.. Please help me. Thank you.
