    Can't run the installer

    I've been trying to fix this problem for days by now, and I cant. When I download forge 1.6.4, the suffix is .jar (Example: forge.jar). The problem is, whenever the suffix is .jar, my pc opens it with winrar. Ive been trying to fix it by opening winrar and doing following: Options>Settings>Intergration>Associate WINRAR With [And unchecked the checkbox .JAR], but it din't work. I also tried right clicking on jar file, open with, and selected Java Platform (SE) Binary, but error message showed up saying it cannot find main class. What do I do? Please help.
