    What program to open Forge jar with to run installer?

    I have winrar installed, and when I try to run the forge installer it just opens the jar file. I read online that you have to right click and "Open With" and choose Java. The java folder in windows 7 has a few exe files, I chose Java.exe. I see a command prompt window open briefly, then disappear, then nothing happens. I installed forge months ago and the installer worked perfectly. I am sure I had winrar installed then too, which is why I was suprised that it opened in winrar. I am trying to install forge for 1.6.4 version 9.11.1.965. I clicked the 'Installer' link on the download page. Any ideas?
