Optifine and Vanilla++ have errors. Seem to be working fine, but some items in-game that are dropped turn into a grey block, but return to back to normal when picked up. I'm using the latest successful build of Forge (#224) and MagicLauncher.
FIXED: Errors were my fault. It wasn't Forge messing up, I had another mod installed, Durability, which was conflicting with Vanilla++, which then would mess other mods up. Everything is fixed. Although, it still shows Vanilla++ and Optifine have 1 error, but I don't seem to see anything wrong, and the game runs fine. Sorry guys
