So, me and my friend were trying EVERYTHING to install and make forge run on his PC. Similar topics didn't help, sadly.
System: Windows 8.1-64bit
Forge Version: 1.7.2-Forge10.12.2.1121
as well as 1.7.2-Forge10.12.2.1147
Antivirus: Kaspersky (I have the very same version, which doesn't cause any problems)
Problems:
1. Can't connect, to servers. Not to LAN, not to any. (With Vanilla Minecraft, you could at least see the player count)
2. Can't even see online servers
3. It crashes, when creating and/or loading a world
4. Can't download libraries with startup
We tried:
1. Delete the whole .minecraft folder and install it again
2. Sending him the whole library folder from my PC
3. Searching the forums for similar errors.
(The most similar is http://www.minecraftforge.net/forum/index.php/topic,5340.0.html )
4. Putting http://files.minecraftforge.net/fmllibs/bcprov-jdk15on-147.jar in the library folder
5. Connecting to each other in every direction via LAN (worked 3 times and never again after that)
6. Deleting the whole Config folder
7. Of course loading minecraft with and without mods (neither worked though)
8. Restarting the PC
9. Download the latest version of java.
We worked around:
1. The libraries: installed manually
2. Not using a dedicated server, but LAN (worked 3 times, and after disconnecting, it didn't work anymore)
Could solve partially:
1. Connect to each other (3 times out of around 50 tries)
Never solved problems:
1. Connecting to dedicated server
2. See, that a server is online
3. Make the libraries download manually
These crashs came up pretty randomly and sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. We always came up with deleting the whole thing, after it didn't work anymore and restart the PC.
When solving one problem, another comes up, which causes the game to crash sooner or later.
There is currently NO lasting fix
These are some of the crash reports:

These crash reports are very similar, but came with different approaches.
