  1. This has been resolved! Just try and restart! Got rid of my problems. Hello MCF modder support forum, I'm Duckapple. I am following a tutorial to mod Minecraft ( ) and I can't seem to setup the developer workspace. I have done everything this tutorial has told me to right up to the point where you run gradlew.bat with setupDevWorkspace, where it ends after a moment telling me: FAILURE: Build failed with an exception. * What went wrong: Execution failed for task ':makeStart'. > Cannot find System Java Compiler. Ensure that you have installed a JDK (not just a JRE) and configured your JAVA_HOME system variable to point to the according directory. * Try: Run with --stacktrace option to get the stack trace. Run with --info or --debug option to get more log output. I have redone the step with setting up the path several times, even done as it says, without results. I have ensured that it's a JDK and not a JRE, even installed and tried with both version 7 and 8 of the JDK. What should I do? System specs:
