not loading most screens (including main menu) in forge

I am having the same issue as previously stated I downgraded Forge to version .1150 which is the earliest version available for 1.7.10. Fresh install of Minecraft with no other profiles except my original profile and forge. Minecraft works fine prior to installing forge, jack up menu screen after. Log File: DXDIAG:
