I'm running on a windows 7 home premium version and minecraft 1.7.10 with the latest version of Forge : 10.13.0.1189. I used the installer. first i tried it with all the mods i normally use (IC2 EXP., buildcraft, pixelmon, damage indicators, xray, NEI), and i could only see the bottom corner on the menu of minecraft, with the rest of the screen being white. I then deleted the .minecraft folder from roaming folder, and then reinstalled Minecraft and started it up, first with out forge installed, and it was fine i could see the whole screen correctly. Then i got the Forge installer for version 10.13.0.1189 (as far as i can tell this is the latest version from the forge website) i then installed forge and it said that it was installed perfectly, i didn't install any other mods only forge. i did this to test to see if minecraft would load up with only forge. when i clicked "play" the launcher went away and the new screen came up black, it was like this for a while then finally all i see is a white screen with only the bottom left corner of that screen displaying a rotating view of a world normally. i can only assume that this is a bug with forge since i had no other mods installed and it worked perfectly on a profile that wasn't forge...i should also say that i have this exact set up with all mods and an earlier version of forge i believe it ended in .1180 for minecraft 1.7.10 and it worked perfectly on a windows 8 computer... I've looked in the other sections of the forum pertaining to this issue i have and found nothing to help me.
