    FIXED! Just got to try it a few times, and reinstall the installer.

    Every time I try to install Minecraft 1.7.10 Forge, I get the installer, but when I use it, it won't install: "library org.scala-lang:scala-compiler:2.11.1" and others. PLS HELP! :'( Windows 8; Java 7, Update 65
