  1. I have a question related to installing multiple versions of forge for varied server play. I was originally going to post this under suggestions, but the readme sticky tells me it's already a thing: I tried digging around and didn't find anything related to it, or maybe I'm just not sure how it works; so to be clear my questions are the following: If I make a directory inside my mods folder and in it I place mods for X or Y version i.e "C:\Users\Darky Alan\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\mods\1.7.2 " and then repeat the same for a different version, would I be able to simply switch versions on the launcher and carry on ? Would it be possible to specify multiple directories for a single forge version? Allow me to clarify on that last one, I haven't run into this issue in a long time: Say I play on two servers that run the same version of Minecraft, however one server utilizes X mods; while the other only utilizes Y. I'd feel it'd be too bulky to have mods I don't need loaded all into one version of the game; would it be possible to pull this off? If so should I consider making a suggestion thread about it?
  2. If your main menu background is compressed to a corner, and the rest of the menu is black: Add -Dforge.forceNoStencil=true to the VM arguments in the launcher. Would that be this? I'm assuming just add the arguments to the end of the line. Also thanks, don't know how I missed that; I just looked at the main post.
  3. So I was trying to help a friend set up forge so he could play on my server via Tiemviewer and I witnessed an issue I've never seen before. Game is running, music is playing; the UI is out of place, can't access any of the buttons. I've tried everything I can think of, from checking the resolution settings, to wiping the .minecraft folder and starting over. I even went as far as to upload my installer version to dropbox and using that on his PC to ensure it wasn't an issue with the version. I'm out of ideas. Sorry for the horrid cropping, working paint through teamviewer isn't exactly a fun experience. but as you can see; the client loaded forge just fine, save for the fact that everything is omitted somewhere down to the left. As per custom the log is bellow. Here's the log
