ya im not sure either, ive tried it a couple times on new vanilla copies everytime. is 7zip free? Im new to this so im kinda going by random tutorials and luck Xp

Im having a problem with trying to put forge in the .jar for Minecraft. when using WinRAR i tried dragging the CLASS files in from another file and tried adding directly through the same WinRAR but i keep getting "The Archive is Corrupt"...is it the files themselves? do i have to re-download or am i just trying to bring over things im not supposed to, even though ive tried one at a time CLASS files and i keep getting the message.
