  1. I know how to do it for a client in windows, but what about for a server running linux? Do I just drop the installer in the ./minecraft root folder, run it, and it will place the required forgemod.jar (or whatever the file is named) in the proper place for me as it does on a client?
  2. I go to start my server using the most recent Forge version, 1217, and I get the following when I attempt to start the server: http://pastebin.com/VUrEu2vF Since the server never actually starts, there are no logs or reports to supply. forge-1.7.10-10.13.1.1217-universal.jar is the version I am using currently, and the MC Server jar is minecraft_server.1.7.10.jar. The server was running fine on version 1208, and all I did was replace the old jar file with the new one.
