Wavestorm

I Cannot run 1.6.4 once the update installs. I went in and reset my profile to 1.6.4 but the mods button does not appear. All of my mods are in the mods folder but I can't access them. PS I'd love to run the newer version of forge but none of my mods are updated yet and they won't run on the newest forge.
