I see. But are there any other ways to install it? I could try to do it manually with an universal.jar, but I can't find where to get all these library files... Or maybe there's a way to set the installer to download them through proxy?

Strange... I've been installing forge for 1.7.2 about a week ago and I didn't notice any other changes since then. "files.minecraftforge.net" seems to be the only page I'm unable to access right now.

Yesterday, I decided to update to 1.7.10 and ran into a problem - I can't access files.minecraftforge.net page ("page is not avaliable"). After doing some research I tried changing my DNS settings to use OpenDNS and Google Public DNS adresses and flushed my DNS cache several times but without any luck. Afterall, I managed to get "forge-1.7.10-10.13.1.1217-installer.jar" from files.minecraftforge.net by using proxy, but the installer still fails to download any libraries. .
